Our Mission

Atlanta Social Yoga was founded in 2018 with a vision of creating inclusive, community-centered wellness experiences throughout the city. What began as a way to bring people together, has grown into a vibrant collective of pop-up classes, themed flows, and collaborative events across Atlanta.

Now led by Brianna Whitfield, We are committed to continuing to evolve as a hub where yoga feels welcoming, expressive, and grounded. With Brianna’s background in music, mindfulness, and community programming, we aim to make yoga both accessible and enjoyable.

A portion of our profits will benefit TNP foundation— a Local Non-Profit that offers mental health tools and mindfulness practices in Atlanta Public schools. Learn more about TNP Foundation HERE

Bio

Brianna Whitfield is an Atlanta-based yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and artist whose work lives at the intersection of healing, creativity, and self-discovery. What began in 2017 as a personal journey to ease anxiety and find confidence has evolved into a practice that invites others to do the same—through movement, stillness, and play.

With over 500 hours of training and a lifelong love of learning, Brianna’s classes are a space to explore the layers of the self—where laughter and release meet presence and peace. Her approach is gentle but honest, rooted in curiosity and connection, creating room for each person to breathe a little deeper and come home to themselves.
